Ingredients:

Bottom Layer

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp. camu camu powder
  • 1 tbsp. cashew butter

Top Layer

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup blackberries and strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2-3 drops stevia
  • 1 tsp. maca powder

Directions:

  1. Blend all the bottom layer ingredients in a high-powered blender and pour into a glass jar or tall glass. Place the glass in the freezer to set for 10-15 whilst you make the top layer.
  2. Place the top layer ingredients in a high-powered blender and pour into the same glass that has the bottom layer in it.
  3. Then serve up with fresh cherries, or Loving Earth raw chocolate.
